We're looking for a customer service focused Jr Sys Admin/very-experienced tech support to join our team. You'll be delivering our service remotely and on-site.
We are a diverse group of people and we are ready to add the right guy/gal to our team right away!
- Knowledgeable in Windows domains, servers, networking, firewalls, VPNs in small/mid-sized offices
- Being superb in end-user tech support remotely and on-site
- Being able to explain complex IT issues in plain English
- Well versed in troubleshooting common IT issues remotely, including PC's, tablets and smartphones
- Some working experience in VMware and/or Hyper-V
- Take pride in wowing the clients
- Being thorough, reliable and organized are very important qualities to the team.
Icing on the cake:
- Familiarity with security concepts, enterprise SAN, NAS etc.
We're purposefully not setting minimum education or years of prior experience, because we are looking for high-achievers who have obtained more knowledge than their peers, and those who are hungry to take on more responsibilities.
